Paper, Scissors and a Creative Mind Bring Art to Life!
Nina has a passion for paper. Self taught, she manipulates the flat surface of paper by cutting, scoring and bending it to bring it to life. Her art is about relationships. The relationship of light and dark shadows is displayed in her paper sculptures. Over the years the simple shapes have evolved to include texture and colors.

Nina explores the contrasting relationship between working tight and loosely. The sharp point of pencils engage her in fine detail, whereas a large flowing piece of paper invites her to work loosely. Numerous creations utilize hands to send a message of love, hope and working together to reach new heights.

Additionally, pencil drawings, collages and photography make Nina a well rounded artist. She is member of the Lighthouse Arts Center and her awarding winning pieces have been exhibited in Palm Beach county.
